'Twas me!!

I thought it had my name on the UPS label. I also figured that you'd know it was me because I can't think of anyone else who works at UPS (and posts here) and I let out a clue that I got to mail it for free from work.

I hope you like it!!

You are welcome. I think that when you have time to read that book, you might find some things about yourself that you never knew. I had just finished reading it when we started this and that is why I was going back and forth. Oh, and the author who writes the books about the Amish is Cindy Woodsmall. You only knew her first name. She has two books out and I couldn't find them anyway. But hopefully you will love "Captivating" I always made a really hot bubble bath and read in the tub. It is the only place in my house that is semi quiet at times.

I don't think that one was Hazel...she has 2 young kids- not homeschooling age.

Oh sorry. We nicknamed His_chosen Hazel in home school chat. I thought that's who you meant. Sorry

no, Hazel's sn was Hazel2. I looked for her on the member list yesterday and couldn't find her. When I called, her husband said she was unavailable because she's sick. I'll try again when I can, but I'm not sure we'll be able to get to her.

I couldn't find her in the member list search either when I tried a few weeks ago. I wanted to send her a pm to let her know that she was missed.

Not everyone shows up in the member list for some reason. Try going out to the main Women's Only page, tell it to display topics from last 365 days ago, then sort the threads by the thread starter. You can find Hazel2 that way.

Catherine- I did look her up that way and sent her a pm. Maybe she has it set the way that I do, if I get a pm, I get notified via e-mail. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yup, I figured it out early. THe books look really neat though!
Funny, I ordered mine from Amazon's used section and it had NO identifying info- just the address I had it shipped to.

Thanks! When you said that the first time, I wanted to say thanks so badly, but then I would've given myself away.
When I got that book for you, I had to put it on my list of books to get for myself. I thought that book would be nice for the first couple of weeks after the baby is born. I like the lists. I could send hubby to go grocery shopping with that if I had to.

Question for next SS exchange - 4/9/2008 7:38:55 PM

Would anyone here be interested in doing a flip-flop exchange? I thought it could be fun to send each other pretty/funky/colorful flip-flops for those who like to wear them. Old Navy has flip-flops 2 pairs for $5, and lots of other places also sell them for under $10.

I could go for that, but maybe we should wait another month and catch it around the first of June - for me to participate in the next round, I will not be able to send my package until after June 16th. So the later we start the next round, the better for me (however, I would want to know who I had before I left so that I could get them a pair from here- everybody wears them down here :) )

Flip flops could be fun, since one size fits most people. I never did get my socks from the sock exchange.
