UPDATE FROM NATE:

"Tricia has had a low-grade fever up and down over the past several weeks. It has not really affected her, and although the doctors have yet to figure it out, but it is probably a sign of an infection or bug somewhere. She's in a very unstable place as far as the possibility of getting an infection, etc. that could really set her back and cause serious issues. Because of the "fever", she is still not allowed to see the baby, but they're hopefully coming up with a plan B."

There is a cute picture of Nate and Tricia and precious new pictures of Gwyneth Rose HERE.

Lord, we just continue to bring this family before You. Please continue to be merciful in their lives. Please let Gwyneth Rose continue to grow, heal and develop. Please bring Tricia's fever down...strengthen and heal her so she can see her baby again and be a candidate for the lung transplants. Fill Nate with your love and give him endurance, strength and rest. Lord, You have done so much already and we are once again declaring our trust in You for everything that concerns this family.

And man, Nate is right! Gwyneth Rose's hair and fingernails are growing FAST!
