Here we go folks!

I challenge you to play Stock Car Challenge on ESPN.com.

This game challenges you to build a roster of five stock car drivers while staying under your team's $100m salary cap. The amount of points a driver can earn in a race are based on the Nextel Cup points system. Best of all, it's FREE to play.

I haven't talked to them too much just got off the phone with mom a few minutes ago. She didn't say anything about yesterday. They are already at the track. Just had their VIP breakfast and are going back to the garage and stuff.. Snobs [;)]

UPDATE FROM THE TRACK........

Mom just called she saw Thomas Kincaid down near the track. He is doing a painting live from there celebrating the 50th anniversary.

Ok folks, it's finally race day of the 50th Daytona 500.....the day we who enjoy this sport have been patiently waiting for since last November.

I'm hoping for some good side by side racing with the new car, and a finish as good as '07.

I wish everyone in the challange an enjoyable season of fantasy racing. I'm ready, my roster is set, so in the tradition of DW,....Boogity, Boogity, Boogity....let's go racin' boys (and girls) !!!!!!

Wow - what a final 40 laps!

Had a good race, this time. Just had to say that if my driver didn't win, I'm happy that Roger Penske finally won a race.

Good Grief did I do awful. One top ten the rest 24 and below. Hope the rest of the season is better than the start.
