I don't use IE anyway. I switched to Firefox. It doesn't act all goofy when you try to do basic things like download files.


It is goofy behaviour and file have no problem?

Is this Firefox works well with Norton? The switch is a easy one? Sorry I dont understand much about pc's etc just the elementar stuff and etc

The problem is that I dont remember a warning like that before..it just blocks pop ups regurlarly...

I'm kind of not wanting to open pandora box situation. Iam thinking about it for now as Iam not adventurous with my pc as in couple years ago I mess up pretty bad my 1st one . This is only my 2nd one.

When I feel ok about it I will adventure freely and check there...

Firefox should work with Norton. I don't use Norton, so I'm not positive.

Adriana, I get the same message you do when you try to download Google Earth.

So, what I usually go to is Google Maps and use the satellite option. Sometimes you get really up close and other times not too much. And sometimes they put you not exactly where you want. Like when I put my mom's address in Montana it points to a car parked down the street. So I called my mom and said "hey...how many houses are you down from the football field" and then she told me and I was able to find her house (I've never been to it since she bought it).

The other night when I said I was going on a trip I typed in the Eiffel Tower and that I was able to get very close. That was kind of neat. And then I checked out the city in Africa where one of my best friends live. And then I decided to look at the Great Pyramids like Steve talked about. I learned how important putting the word "Great" in was. I just typed The Pyramids and I ended up in some very remote area of Arizona. Took me a little while to figure out where I was. [:D]

So anyway, Adriana....even if you can't download Google Earth I'm sure you'll still have fun with just Google Maps and just use the satellite function. It doesn't require downloading anything....at least it didn't for me.

Sure I will look at that..cool then i will choose the satellite option and pay attention how I type where I want to end up final destination and etc!

Actually believe it or not I was up at 7 anyway. I have my landlord coming over today to do some maintenance stuff on the place and got worried if he came early I wouldn't hear him knock. So, I got up and did more cleaning....and he hasn't even been here yet and now it's almost noon. Oh well.

I love the longer evenings too, but I hate it because it's darker again for a while in the mornings. I have such a hard time getting up before the sun does.

Thank you for the compliment, but unfortunately that is not my voice on our website... not YET! That is Ann Tracy... she is a wonderful friend who I replaced last July. Actually, we are headed down to the studio this Fri. & Sat. to finish our latest project so hopefully, in the near future, my voice might actually make it to the website! Hehe! Karen Carpenter was/is one of my favorite singers (such a sad story, but what a wonderful deep/rich voice)!
