"The Rock's Between The Hard Place And You" is my favorite song from True To The Call. I like those songs that kick it up a notch. In my opinion, it was the obvious choice from the album for the initial single. The public...as a whole...is always going to say they like the slow songs best...but imagine if every artist released only slow songs to radio. That would get boring in a hurry. "I've Been Rescued" is probably my favorite Kingdom Heirs song that is of the slower paced variety.

I gotta agree with youngartist on this one. I've always liked the more up tempo songs better. Not just from the Kingdom Heirs, but from all my favorite groups.

ORIGINAL: Dinana Sorry, you guys. I've got to break the streak!!! I really enjoy slow songs. How about Forever Changed, Anchor of Hope, He Had to Rise, and He's Already in Your Tomorrow. I loved "Forever Changed" but usually pass on the other 3.

Make that 4 out of 4. While there are a lot of slow songs that I love, I prefer that the majority of an album to be up tempo. In fact my top 3 songs from True to the Call would be the same as youngartist's. I would then place a slow song ("I Sing Because") at #4 and drop "The Rock's Between the Hard Place and You" to #5.

ORIGINAL: Dinana One of my very favorites is He's Already in Your Tomorrow. But all of these were pretty big songs for the KH. Yea, but take "Now I Am On My Way To Heaven," "I Know I'm Going There," "Going On With The Song," "What We Needed," "Mighty Deep Well," "I've Passed Over," and "The Depths Of The Father's Love!"

Oh man, "He Had To Rise" is one powerhouse tune and one of my all time favorite KH songs. I remember when I first purchased that CD when it first came out. I had it on in the car and I was having myself a time. That song blew me away.

We are planning on singing it Sunday for Easter service. I know that I can't do it justice compared to Arthur Rice, but then again not many people can.

I think this is why I love the Kingdom Heirs so much. Not only are they great on the up tempo songs, but they can also slow it down with songs like "He Had to Rise","Forever Changed" and "I've Been Rescued" and still blow me away.
