Oh, I hope you're feeling better, Terri. Last Saturday, I had to sing a concert with a migraine! Fortunately, the very worst of it had passed, but it was still lingering. Not fun.

I am doing ok for the most part. I am feeling quite tired at the moment though and thinking that I will be lying down very shortly.

Pammy you sing too. Wow! we have lots of talented folks on here. 2 of my girls sing beautifully. I, on the other hand, Love to worship, and I do it with all my heart but sometimes I feel for those unlucky enough to be near me when I do.

Hi everyone!

Terri, I hope you feel better fast!! The weekend is about to start, you know.

Mikey, wow, I wish your back would stop hurting. Are you going to get out the classifieds this weekend? As part of my routine, my chiro gave me some exercises to help keep my back flexible, which has helped a lot. Of course the adjustments help too. He said I should also be doing sit ups.

Sit ups???

Yeah, I guess he's right. Now I just gotta start doing them.

I'm stealing this from the singles joke thread, courtesy of SPORTS_mom:

I just thought that was such a hoot I wanted to share it with y'all who hadn't seen it there!

Sorry I got the mix-up mixed up! Funny that, though. I sometimes get other people mixed up. Nadine and Esther? Nah, to me, they're very different. Ah, well.

Fritz, I'm glad you're enjoying your new hair!

HA!!! I LOVE Fry and Laurie.

Good afternoon everyone. I've got a couple of calls to make and then take the dogs to the vet (I have the right time AND day this time ), and I am done working. Until tomorrow morning, of course.

They have cancelled my favorite show other than Jeopardy!, "Moonlight". I will watch the last episode tonight.

Then I will sit around and pout.

My kid was all upset last night because she was going to miss Jeopardy.

What is "Moonlight"? Not that it matters now since it's canceled.

Fry and Laurie. Too funny!

Okay, y'all be on stand-by to boycott Coke. Their customer service hoovers. A LOT. They shorted me 5gal of soda syrup and are saying they didn't because there wasn't anything left on the truck when the driver got back.

Well, duh, he left an extra 5gal somewhere and they didn't jump on the phone to let Coke know they got more than they should have.

I'm waiting for another call-back while Mr. Customer Service gathers some more facts.

When I first started posting, that other word was TOS so "hoovers" was suggested as an alternative. I thought it was funny and I even say it IRL (you should see the looks I get ) because I really don't like that other word anyway.

LOLOL!!! I unfortunately don't mind the other word, but this one is cute. I'm sure you get all sorts of encouraging looks with it too.

What excuse did they give before you started using "hoovers"?

Pam's joke reminds me of the term "Polled Herfords". Who cares what cows think anyway?

That will be my one bad joke of the day.
