Thanks for posting, Jeremy!

You were one of the first professional SG artists to ever send me a PM on a public message board just saying "thanks" for a compliment I had made about you on a thread.

Doesn't sound unapproachable to me! Sounds humble and totally cool. God bless you brother.

I got my copies of the Live in Pigeon Forge DVD & CD today. They lived up to all my expectations. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody that don't have them yet.

Jeremy, nice to get to talk with you twice tonight. Sorry I did not get to hear y'all sing but look forward to listening to the CD. Did not have time to put it in player on way home from World Premier but did get the cellaphane off it ready to go in tomorrow.
Y'all travel safe and God Bless.
I saw that you were signed in as I started this post. Hope you are still there but if not I know you will eventually see it. Time for me to go to bed. Long day for sure.

The Old Paths did great at the World Premier - but the sound system was terrible! They also have a band now but the sound techs weren't set up to handle drums so they didn't get to use their drummer. Their new bass guitarist, Craig (sorry, I've forgotten his last name), played along with Joe Cox on the keyboard. They may also have an announcement very soon about a bass singer . . . . stay tuned!

Brandon has come off of the road. He and his wife are expecting their second child, so I think that had a big part in his decision. I'll miss the little fellow! He's a great guy and a great singer.

I have been a fan of Jeremy since he started with the Kingsmen. I live in Michigan, and we don't have a whole lot of southern gospel music around here, so I always get excited when a group I like (in this case love) comes within a few hour drive from me. Jeremy was ALWAYS very approachable and Always went out of his way to say high to me when i saw him. a few times he even pointed to me out in the crowd when he would hit a really high note (I am a huge fan of tenors who can hit a good high note, and Jeremy is one of the best). As a fan that was so cool for me. He will always be one of my favorite tenors, not only because of his voice, but also him as a person.

Jeremy certainly came across to me as very approachable and good guy even though he was telling me he wanted a BB gun for Christmas. Told him he would probably shoot someones eye out he he had a BB gun.

Last Year I met Jeremy in Rome, GA. He happened to come by on Sunday Night to the Rome Shriners Telethon. I had never met him, didn't know how he would be in person, but I came away with the opinion that Jeremy Peace is true in what he sings and believes. He took time to talk with me and my wife and was one of the most kind people I have had the chance to meet. So he is true in saying he is approachable. He didn't have to take time for us, never meeting us before, not knowing who we were but, he did, And that says something about who he is, more artist need to be that way!

Most people probably don't know that Jeremy got married back in June. Well, I am so pleased to report that Jeremy and Jenifer are expecting a baby next April! They are sooo pleased and I'm sooo happy for them!

Thats great for Jeremy and his wife. I had to the opportunity to meet her when she was traveling with him when the OP were in Florida. Great people!

I forgot to post about the new cd/dvd. I received my Live cd/dvd VERY QUICKLY after i ordered it and have enjoyed both the dvd and cd very much. Great concert from beginning to end. Highly recommend it to all old paths fans, and any southern gospel fan in general.

Old Paths had their new bass singer in the booth last night before they left. He's Trent Adams from Alabama, and formerly sang with Hopes Journey.

I was on posting on some other things and thought i would stop by for a min..lol! I wish all the guys the best on their new addition! I haven't heard trent in a while but am anxious to hear how he sounds with the guys. Good luck ,trent, and I pray that you enjoy your time with these men of God. I garauntee that you will learn alot more than just singing..and that my friend is what the ministry is all about. You will be under some great preachers and a part of those midnight bible studies on the bus that I was priviledged to encounter during my time there. God bless you my friend and soak it all in! Let God be real in your life and you won't go wrong!

I was privileged enough to see The Old Path's in concert with their new bass singer, Trent Adams, in Griffin, GA and I am ecstatic to say that there were numerous souls saved!! God definitely has His hand on TOP's ministry and each person in the group individually.
Trent sincerely walks the talk and I know that God is going to use him because of his humbleness, obedience, and willingness to serve and be in God's will!!

Thanks for the report TrustInHim - and welcome to the forums.

I hope to be able to see them soon. I had heard Trent with Hope's Journey and am very interested to see how he sounds with an all-male group.

Trent truly is the next Jeremy Lile. He's only 18 or 19, if I'm not mistaken, and already sounds as good as some of the best in the business. Can't wait to hear how he sounds with these guys.
