Hmmm... still can't find a Sumner. Webster County, I am familiar with. Webster Springs sticks out in my mind for some reason. Just read where the 2000 census was 808 peoples.

I like moderate size, I guess. Once it gets over about 300 or so, seems to me that it tends to get impersonal. IMO. No pastor could ever keep up on a personal level with his flock -- IMO -- Of course, a really good deacon board is invaluable.
