I don't know how many are at our church. If everybody showed up we wouldn't have enough seating, I do know that. We rarely have that problem though.

Jewelry -- mostly its necklaces and earrings -- I use a lot of semi precious stones and small pearls. Recently bought some hieshi beads and used them in a couple of things. I love jasper and work with it a lot. There are so many different varieties.

That's so tiny I can barely imagine it. I can imagine it because I have seen an even smaller township. Small as in a general store, a bunch of houses, I think a church, and thaaat's it.

You guys would not believe me if I told you about a town near me like that. It is seriously named "Goobertown". I kid you not!!! Explains alot about the people here though...

There was a town in the Oklahoma panhandle with the name of Slapout.

Edited to correct spelling.

Are you packed? Where are you staying up there?

She said that they do have internet there. I'll be staying with her family while she is there. They said I could stay until I could on my feet if I decide to stay.

I haven't even really thought of packing other than I need to do laundry.

Well i've got to do some for work this week. I need to clean my room and all that fun stuff. I'm going to hang out and meet a bunch of friends Tuesday night after work. Its sad, but its hard to be around Mom right now. She keeps looking at me all heart broken.

I guess I can understand that from a parental view, but a parent has to let go sometimes. Its hard.

I told her she could tell me no. She said she couldn't do that to me.

I remember when we had to leave Florida. Joshua was 17 and just graduated from high school. He didn't want to leave his friends and he was working. We made arrangements for him to stay with friends from the church and I left him there. It was the hardest thing I ever did. We were always very close.

God has obviously opened this door for you. Perhaps there is a church there that needs a choir director and He knows all about it.

It was hard when I went 3 hours away, much less 7. She tried to get Daddy to convince me not to go.

Oh, i'm not. As much as people have tried to sway my decision. Ask me a million questions. I stick to it.

I love this quote!

My in-laws are so sad about us moving. My MIL is beside herself with grief and I just hate it, but we get almost daily confirmation, in all sorts of forms, that it is God leading us to Missouri. No doubt about it.

You do whatcha gotta do and you go where God leads, Terri.

Terri, I finally figured out what you meant in my thread. You are moving!!!

Maybe your Mom would let me me and Mrs. K stay in your room.
