I flipped back and forth between the marathon and football games yesterday.

Thursday night is the season finale.

Ah Terri, that is a powerful "reflection". Words do have a life and power of their own. I hate it when I have used them to hurt someone. There is one "conversation" I had with my Ex that sometimes, really most of the time, I truly wish I could "take back"... and sometimes only wish that I truly wanted to take it back, [&:]. But really, I am sorry that I said things designed to hurt, simply because I was hurt. They are words that I know wounded him and never left his memory, and sadly they still live in mine.

You can never unring a bell. That goes both ways too. Not only what we may have said or done but what was said or done to us.
