Happy Saturday everyone!!!

The kids went candy bar selling for Little League, then we went kite flying. While we were kite flying our neighbor's t-ball team was there practicing and one of the mom's thought it would be fun. So she went and bought all the kids that were practicing kites from walmart. So there were around 10 kites in the air. It was pretty. BUT, my DD lost a support stick in her kite and my DS got his stuck in a tree

And she did cook dinner the other night.

Wow! I hope you took pictures. I may never see that at my house.

You guys are hilarious. I kid you not, she is in my kitchen, wearing an apron, making pea and bacon salad as I type this!

Maybe you should just leave her here

What on earth is pea and bacon salad? What a waste of bacon.

Psst...if you're my myspace friend, I just uploaded a bunch of pictures, including a preggo one.

I used to stick them under the chair cushions when I was a kid. Peas and lima beans. Two things I NEVER make my kids eat.

Well, you can print the recipe off from here, make your changes, and give it to her next week.

We really are going to miss her.

BTW, What I would like to know is why we are reminding Cindy to change a fuse, when her husband obviously doesn't have anything better to do than play on the computer. Why isn't he changing the fuse? Just had to throw that out there. Could not resist.

You'd think he could get off his duff, wouldn't you?

My husband and the car are 78 miles apart. His arms aren't that long.

Well, NOW I can post about bday gifts...ya know, with Brandon on this forum and Ashley post-stalking her parents, I have to be careful what I say

I gave Brandon a Chinese painting kit, which he's been wanting. Ash gave him watercolor paper and chocolate, and Nate gave him a wallet, which he needed. But the crowning gift of course, was my mom's Shuffle and accessories...too funny that all the accessories are bigger than the Shuffle, but it's a handy gadget and he's having fun. Not listening to a word I say, of course, but having fun...

Cindy, if Ashley has nightmares, apparently it's my fault. We are watching Gremlins--neither she nor the boys have ever seen it and I thought they should.

Didn't we already determine that everything is your fault?

As long as I don't get any of the blame.
