I will second that. Ryan has always been able to tell when I'm not completely honest with him. This has really helped our marriage strengthen because even if I want to avoid a certain subject, he won't allow anything to go unfinished.

(now that makes me sound like I'm a liar; not a liar, but an avoider)

I love dh beacuse he is an artist at heart and it warms me to see such beauty and creativity inside him.

I love seeing Ryan's passion for sharing his faith. We have lived here for a year and have finally found a couple our age who enjoys discussing faith issues. Listening to him talk and "debate" (using that term loosely) keeps me in check as well. He challenges me as well. I'm not one who will get into such discussions. I can't believe how much I have learned from him!

My husband and I have traded off on cooking responsibilities over the years. Sometimes I am 100% responsible and sometimes he is 100% responsible. Right now we are sharing the cooking duties. I cook about 70% of the time and he cooks about 30%. He is an excellent cook and he enjoys doing it. I prefer his cooking to my own and not just because he does the work but because it tastes yummy!

I appreciate that my husband is very affectionate, and will kiss me in public without a second thought. I only have to lean his direction and he's ready to plant one. I love it.

I love his playful side. He likes to have fun and can make even mundane things seem like a date because we have so much fun doing them.

Great topic Sarah ~ I love my husband for the way that he always refers to my children from my 1st husband his son and daughter when referring to them...he doesn't refer to them as step children or as being my children...he calls them his children.

m'love and I were playing on our computer game last night. He had a chance to play in a part of the game that I was not prepared for. Another player invited us to play this part of the game and he told me to let this player know that "we are not ready yet". (I still told the other player that my character didn't meet the requirements. I don't mind if he gets to play this part without me on a night when I am busy with something else)
