No, I still don't know if they've decided on a tenor and I don't know if they've picked a name yet from all of the entries that were submitted. I'll try to find out about those things in the next lilttle while and report back. Brent really does sound good with them but he's not wanting to travel as much as they are planning to.

Daystar if not mistaken was done by Cathedrals.

ORIGINAL: TQ_Fan_4_Life Daystar if not mistaken was done by Cathedrals. "Daystar" was recorded by the Cathedrals on the 1988 Goin' In Style project with Gerald Wolfe handling the lead vocal. The Gaither Vocal Band also recorded the song. The song was on Back Home In Indiana, but they could have recorded it before then.

ORIGINAL: Dinana Great! I'm glad you're enjoying them. The sound quality wasn't very good on the videos and I know that my sitting on the front row didn't help!! Well, I for one still got the impression that this is gonna be a BIG name (whatever name they settle upon, that is) in SG! I'm seeing a 2009 Horizon Group Of The Year!

ORIGINAL: Dinana They are wonderful, but I'm waiting until I see who their tenor turns out to be and what kind of schedule they go for before I see them as the Horizon group!!! Are they keeping the live band? That'd be a welcome thing!

ORIGINAL: Dinana I thought the live band was just for that night, but I could be wrong. I'll ask my friend Norm when I talk to him in the next few days. I remember back when Josh Feemster left Mercy's Mark and there were rumblings that he was starting the group with Chris, Craig, and an unnamed fourth member, the rumor said they were planning for a live band.

Brent, You will never know how many people you and Mercy's Mark touched with your unique sound. It was a very personal witness to my wife and me. We hope Moulton can spare you for the road and that your plans include the NQC in September. JRG Hoover, AL

If I am not mistaken the band is the worship band at Sumatain Church of God and would be doing that but I could be wrong.

I really hope that he "signs up" with another group soon!
