I eat like a pig. I have a fast metabolism I think that's why. Trust me. I will eat 5 servings of food. Especially good (fattening) Greek food.

Instead of drinking Monster, (Monster, like all caffeine intake, decreases certain things in the reproductive vicinity. For future reference, your wife won't appreciate that.). Drink milk, water, orange juice, and buy some Whey protein for extra protein and muscle growth.

Ideally, you should eat like crazy, too. But that idea is limited when it comes to Twinkies and other sugar related material that will eventually turn into fat. Eat meat. Fish, steak, burgers, etc. Watch your intake of grams and try to get at least 200g of protein a day.

I love whey protein shakes. I drink like one be4 I work out and after. And I mostly eat meat and veggies. Im trying to eat "healthier".

heres what i eat every day

cals/protein/carbs(sugars)/fat
3 litres of milk (1350/100/141(42 lactose)/45)
100 grams peanuts (750/28/28/66)
banana and apple (250/3/60(30)/1)
50 grams olive oil (450/0/0/50)
200 grams brown rice (670/16/140/5)
meat 6 burgers(1000/85/25/63)
3 cans of tuna (300/75/0/3)
cottage cheese 200 grams(200/25/8/10)
(5000/360/400(~50 sugars)/245)

aside from the brown rice and the milk its not that much food since they tend to be high in calories.

Do you really measure exaclty how much you eat? Usually when I eat fruit or nuts I'll just eat however much until I'm full.

uhm, i know measuring sounds like a pain cause you think you are gonna have to do it all the time, but after a while you learn the foods and ifyou know what you should eat its pretty easy to know [;)]
