Thanks, Scott! The cd is absolutely great. I wasn't that big of a Kingsmen fan up to this point, but on this new cd I currently have every single song rated at 5 stars - and that's rare. [:)]

Triumphant Quartet released their new CD titled Intermission sometime this month and the Kingsmen just released their new CD titled When God Ran. Is this a new song, or is it the old Goodmans song featuring Tonya? The chorus of the one I'm thinking of starts "This could be the cloud He's coming back on, for we all know that its not long..."


The Kingsmen and Triumphant both covered the Goodmans song. I always thought this was a song that needed to be redone by one of today's artists. I am glad it has, now by two different artists.


I am glad also. I love that song, but I have not heard it in years. I can't wait to hear both versions.

Hey I was just being honest. [:D] The Jerry Martin/Brian Hutson/full band days were great, but they have struggled to keep a lineup since the Carolina Boys fiasco.

This cd is bringing them BACK! That's a good thing. [:D]

Please understand that I have never purchased anything on the Internet using a credit card. I use Paypal for Ebay purchases etc. Could someone please explain why I must enter my credit card info even though the charge will be $0.00? That is what Mickey Gamble's e mail instructions indicated. We have simply chosen not to enter our credit card info on line for anything, ever. Does this mean I can not download the CD I won? Any insight or help y'all can give me will be appreciated. I understand that there are many "safeguards" now, and I am not "picking on" Crossroads...we simply do not enter our credit card info on line.

I've heard both versions now, too, and while the Kingsmen version is good, I much prefer Triumphant!! I hadn't heard this song before and I like it!!!

Well let me assure you that entering the number will be in safe hands with Crossroads - I've done it, and I've been completely safe with them. This is one time you'll need to make an exception. (at least if you want the cd [;)])

Sorry for any inconvenience. It's a security feature that's needed for our shopping environment. We never see the cc number or store the cc number. It was something we needed to do to give a full free album download.

Once again, I appreciate your responses! I hope to have it downloaded by Friday. Brian has always been one of my favorite singers. I have loved his voice since the Heartland Boys first came to Texas years ago!
