I am a facialist by trade. If you purchase store bought items, only a very little in them is good. If you have a 2 ounce jar of cream with vitamins, how large a part of that cream do you think the vitamins are? Okay, you are spending 30 to 50 bucks for this cream, so you need to realize how much good out of it you are going to get. Did you know that only 2% of any active ingredient gets to your skin when you take a product orally? So, either by ingesting vitamins, or using a cream to apply them, you don't get much good at all. If, however, you take a vitamin E or whatever vitamin, capsule and **** it, apply to face, your skin is getting more than that great cream you bought at the counter. I used to make my own items for customers. We learned cosmetic chemistry. Take a vegetarian enzyme capsule, add it to your yogurt. Let it sit for 30 minues, then apply to face. You want the time for the enzyme to dissolve into the yogurt. If you think you have soft skin now, wow! This will really blow you away.
