I really enjoy their great harmony, they are in a league all their own. I just wish other groups would follow suit and give more harmony to their line ups.

Oh yeah, love the Booth Brothers! There's another poster (Lynn - jlpoll1984) who is a humongous fan, but she's in the middle of moving right now. When she has time to see this, I'm sure she'll leave a post.

That's great, Ruth! Hubby got to see them at NQC a few years ago, but I've never seen them live. He said they were very energetic on stage.[sm=funny.gif] They are one of my "gotta see" groups.

I went to see the Booth Brothers at a church back in September and loved them! I had heard them on the radio and NQC DVD but not in person, their harmony is great! I love Ronnie's song off of his solo project, but I can't remember the name of it. Does anyone know it? It starts out talking about two boys in a candy store...

Oh wow, I'd love that! Don't know if that's a possibility though. That's a definite over night stay and the price of gas and all...don't know if we'll be able to budget all of that come September. Count me as a fan. I love their smooth harmonic stylings, and Michael is one of the funniest guys in the SG genre today, imho.

I first saw the Booth Brothers in 1996 when dad was still traveling with the group. I became an instant fan and have been a fan of their music ever since. Another one of those rare groups that I have every recording they have put out. Yeah, they are that good!! I will be seeing them at Singing in the Sun in a few weeks and then at Singing in the Foothills in Wilkesboro NC on 6/20/08 with Gold City, Ivan Parker, Collingsworth Family and Whisnants.

The Booth Brothers came to a church just down the road from me and I was going, but had to fill in for my pastor that Sunday night. I heard that it was great. Ronnie Booth probably has the best voice I think I have ever heard, he also sings w/ great passion. You can tell he believes what he is singing. It is so great to think God would give a mortal man such a voice to glorify himself.

It is held on the grounds of the Wilkesboro Raceway (drag strip).
