ORIGINAL: 1love1God1way I'm pretty sure mine was a tie between Winnie Cooper and Topanga Lawrence. . . Winnie, definitely Winnie. Topanga was pretty nice but she was no Winnie. BTW did you know that Danica McKellar, who played Winnie is an extremely brilliant mathemetician? She's had published award winning papers (as an undergraduate) and everything. All I know is she poses for Maxim. But I'm geeky enough to find the math thing way hotter.

<Puts down red grading pen for a moment> Well, guess I'll chime in since at least a few other guys have too. Biggest "crush" had to be back during my days at Muppet High. Junior year I'd noticed a very pretty girl in the hallways, and as it turns out we ended up in the same homeroom senior year (sitting next to each other even). Alas, she was dating someone else, but we did become friends. Lost touch first year of college. Now the interesting bit is, lo and behold a few years back she actually looked me up and gave me a call. She's married now, no kids but lots of pets. (Something like six cats and two dogs - I figure her husband must be a very understanding fellow. ) We'll e-mail a few times a year, and usually get together for lunch to catch up at Christmastime when I'm in town visiting family. What's really cool, though, is all this gave me an opportunity to witness to her. That hasn't borne fruit - yet - but really makes me marvel at how God orchestrates things. Oh, yeah, and for the record - I'm not "crushing" on her anymore! <Goes back to grading> -Robb

Have had a few Brenda K., We were both born in 1958, in the same small town and I cannot remember when I did not know her. She rejected me in High School and such is life. Was crushed when I visited home in 81 and saw her wedding photo in the paper. Saw her 2 years ago at our 30th reunion and a lot of those feelings for her were still there. Monica L., dated when I was 22 and she 18. I messed it up and think of her often. Kristi Y., Never dated her but cared for her so much when I was 35. She did not feel the same about me and I think of her often too. Heidi S., We dated for several months about 9 years ago and not a day goes by that I do not think about her. ...... The first "famous woman" I ever noticed that I guess you would saw confirmed my heterosexuality would be Barbara Feldon (Agent 99)

I started this thread, and never came clean about my own crush Actually, I've had a couple. The first one was from my junior year in high school, I met her during summer vacation, the best way to describe her is 'bubbly yet level-headed'. She could tell I was crushing on her, and was kind enough to send me occasional correspondence (did I mention she was honorable?) so at least she let me down easy. I kinda got lovesick over that one, but eventually got over it. The next one kind of overlapped the first one- (what can I say? I wear my heart on my sleeve) this one was the same type of girl, enjoyed discussing the Bible, was more of a tomboy; I should have approached her then, but I put her on a pedestal (girls, we guys have a habit of doing that) and not till years later I found out that if I had been more assertive she would gone out with me! I was such a chicken back then.. She's married now, and I've been praying (rightly or wrongly) that God has made a clone of her somehow and that she will fall in my lap. I learned a valuable lesson with that experience- I am more assertive, and no longer have intense, worshipping crushes like those.

btw, since people are revealing their 'famous person' crushes, I had a schoolboy thing for Madonna way back in the mid-80's.. go figure.

the wife that i havent met. all of my crushes.. so far were about the same, usually lasting a few months. i'd say though that my first crush was quite something. not the girl.. the crush itself as a feeling.

LOL. I remember some of my first crushes. I guess I have moved on so much that when I see them now I wonder, 'what did I see in them again?'

My longest crushes I've had are the following..... 3. 4 months 2. 11 months 1. 40 months Yup, I'd say number one certainly has to be my biggest crush. I probably had a crush on her longer than all the others combined!
