I had a crush on this boy from 3rd to 6th grade.........
chased him around the playground and all......lol

Then switched schools, and fell for the French Horn player in highschool.......(i played french horn in middle school)........i fell pretty hard, he used to pull my braids in the hallway! lol i remember buying all of his band pictures! lol and then he switched schools when he was a senior.......and us gals werent allowed to call guys, but i had found his number, and called him ALL of the time! lol sooo embarrassing to thnk about, but he was kind enough to talk to me for a couple of minutes! lol

Then i crushed on this guy from church a couple of years ago.......at first his attitude drove me crazy, but in the end i'd drop everything when he would call. He thought we were just friends....but did ALOT of non-friend friendly things.......very confusing!

And now.......i kindof have a crush on my neighbor!

Really trying to stop it, but its kindof hard.

I had a huge crush on Ilia Kulik, won gold in men's figure skating 1998.
Oh man, I watched all the men's competitions for about two years just in case he was in them. And looked up all the ice shows in the TV guide to see if he was participating. (And I almost never watch TV.)

The biggest crush I've ever had was with a lady I met about five years ago.
I was volunteering at an addiction recovery center and she was one of the recovering addicts.
She was on house arrest and allowed to leave her home only for the recovery meetings. The first thing I noticed is how beautiful she is, but I also admired her determination to put her old life behind her while at the same time bringing her friends out of the drug lifestyle with her. I began going over to her house to visit her and keep her company and run errands for her that she was unable to do herself, being on house arrest. I learned about her inner strength, her love for her family and friends, her commitment to her new relationship with God and her willingness to admit to others her failings. It takes a great deal of character to do that.

She is now going on five years clean, she has won full custody of her children back, she has a good job and has her own janitorial business on the side and she is buying a home.

I am so proud of her victories and her humility in giving God and the support of her kids the credit.

I don't know if it counts as a crush because I'd marry her if she felt the same way about me as I do about her. But I'm content having her as a friend.

Talk about crushes and I am the Queen of crushes or I used to be whenever I see a handsome or cute-looking guy due to Hollywood influence upon me. My last biggest crush was when I became a lukewarm Christian and had a strong uncontrollable crush on a cute movie-star like guy in my neighbourhood. God had to teach me a lesson, the outcome was that the guy was only interested in me in a superficial way when I was a committed girl who wanted a serious relationship that leads to marriage.

God had to discipline me and He did a great job of which I learned that Crushes are Not always an indication of true love. In fact they could be used as a trick from the devil to confuse us and keep us away from God.

Nowadays, I can still have them, but because I am very spiritual person; I feel that I can handle them better and resist them and recognize that they are snares and pits from Satan.

Of course there are examples where crushes could be true love that lead to a romantic relationship that lead to happy every after marriages. This is the only exception of the rule and folks who experienced that should consider themselves Lucky!
