*hugs pillow* Life's been really tough lately. Work is so hectic, I always come home physically, mentally, and emotionally drained from constantly having to solve problems and be an adult. When I get off, I just want to kick back and talk with a friend. Which brings me to another thing that's bugged me for a long time. I'm lonely. When I see groups of friends hanging out and having fun together, it only magnifies the emptiness that I feel every moment of every day. I'm done with it.

I know exactly how it feels to be lonely like that. I don't have any real friends other than the few online and my family.

I would absolutely love to go out to a movie with a friend or just go have some lunch and be able to chat about anything and everything. But there's no one like that around here for me, either. I know how ya feel, mah short sistah. *hugs*

Thanks Mandy. It doesn't make me feel better to know you're going through that, but it's kinda comforting to know I'm not the only one that has to go through this.

Seems like a lot of us are going through that lonely stage. And I don't want to be so crazily cliche, but God's always there with ya. And you've got us here on CW. But I'll be prayin that He sends some great caring, Christian teens your way.

i'm sorry rae! i know how you feel! i joined my youthgroup though, and now my schedule gets packed!! or you can volunteer up somewhere, i have a crazy summer now. between youth goup Ambush nights and concerts and volunteerin at the hospital and the library. totally keeps me busy.

except for the occasional person going in and out of my life that God has put in there but has never seemed to stick around for some reason. Except this one guy but he's been acting queerish lately too though so...sigh.

k, so i have a friend that's being stupid and is trying to do stuff with me that i'm not all comfy cosy with and it's really bugging me. i've told him to stop and he just won't. it's so annoying and it hurts cause we're really good friends and he's ruining it. i want to confront him about it, but knowing him he'll deny that what he's doing means anything when it does mean something....to me anyways. urgh! stupid boys!

k, to add more to my problem with this guy....ever since he first started trying stuff i've been beating myself up cause i don't know if i unintentionally lead him on and made him believe that i like him when i don't. he's like a little brother and it's just really awkward. and what bugs me too, is that he always tries this stuff when we're at youth. the time when i'm trying so hard to focus on God and not my problems. it's driving me bonkers. and not only that, but when i try to get away from him...he follows me. urgh! [sm=comp1.gif] i feel like doing that to his head! and i am not a violent person....er, cow i mean.

ronnie, Im serious when I say that a good hard smack will do more than all the reasoning in the world. I he won't listen to you, whack him one. I've been in several situations wen I've wished I'd had the guts to smack someone. And once led to something thats been haunting me ever since. I dont think that'll be your case right now, but you need to build up intolerance now while you still can.

well i went to youth camp 2 weeks ago. it was the most amazing experience of my life. it was my 1st time going since i was 11. i met some really awesome people there. it's amazing how God put these people in my life and in just a week they became my best friends. during camp we formed this group. and it was always us hanging out. it was me, my cousin ashley some of you might remember as mini_chic, jared, heath, jessica, and britney. we were probably the tightest group there. it actually worked out kinda well. jessica and britney are sisters. they live like 30 minutes away from me. heath lives about 5 minutes from ashley and works with her boyfriend. but jared's the oddball. lol. he lives in sarasota. i still talk to him pretty much everyday though. i talk to heath almost everyday too.

so anyway, amazing ppl. moving on, to be honest, i've always believed in God. but i can be stubborn at times. i would let go of some things and give them to Him but not everything. I wasn't completely surrendering myself. at camp i realized this and that i needed to change. i surrendered absolutely everything. gave everything to Him. and now God is my #1 priority. i'm working really hard to always put Him 1st and now i'm seeking Him with my whole heart. not just some here and there. and i've noticed the difference. i feel so much closer to God. i can see that he's closed doors and opened new ones. the person that really inspired me and helped me to want the change and to be a better Christian was heath. i've never met another guy like him. he's extremely dedicated. and he always refers back to the Bible whenever we're talking about something. he'll tell me what it says in the Bible first and where it says it and then he'll give me his advice. God has truly blessed him with wisdom far beyond his years. life has just been so amazing and wonderful since this change. i feel refreshed. and i highly recommend trinity youth camp in keystone heights, florida. seriously, it was the best experience ever.

Aww, I'm glad you had such an awesome time at your youth camp![:)] I'm going to one this coming Monday, and I can't wait to see what God's going to do. I'm looking forward to making some new friends, too...

Sounds similar to my youth camp. This past year I was a counselor though lol I've done went and got too old. haha
