Hi. It may not mean anything. Have you been sick? or dehydrated?

depends on what you were talking about, and who it was. Maybe that is The Lord telling you that you shouldn't be talking to that person.

I get it too.... it's intuition.. and your conscience.

If I ever get that its my conscious telling that I shouldnt have done -insert stupid thing here-

I don't know what the deal is, but I've found that talking nearly always improves stuff...

Usually if I feel weak its from too much physical exertion.

Feeling weak on it's own doesn't really have to mean anything besides you need to take better care of yourself. But if you feel weak and you automatically equate it with the e-mail you were writing, it sort of shows that, in your mind, you know something's not right. I wouldn't automatically say that you should stop e-mailing the person, but I think you should really examine yourself and the relationship you have with that person. Is it an unhealthy relationship? Is that person causing you to drift away from God? Is this person causing you to stumble, or might you be causing the person to stumble?
These are just a few questions you might ask yourself. If you are really serious about making things the way they should be, talk to your parents. If it was a boy you were e-mailing, your dad will have good insight for that, and if it was a girl, your mom knows more about friendships than you would think! But most of all, pray. The Holy Spirit will direct you, if you are willing and open!
