John We're talking about one case that is pretty rare, otherwise it wouldn't be newsworthy. This isn't someone who just showed up, breathing, to get a license. [8|] We're talking about a 60-something year old man renewing a license he has had for decades, after serving in two wars. I'm sure also the DMV in Missouri isn't being overrun with old people who can't find their birth certificates but are trying to get brand new licenses.
