Good morning all. I will be out of pocket today. I have to go to the County COurtHouse for Jury duty. This is the 4th time I have had to show up and always results in spending the day on Mondays at the courthouse and then being dismissed. May be the same thing this time. I will check in sometime tonight.

Santa I'm glad MrsC made it home. It is hard to get along without our mate.

Sam I pray you don't have to stay very long at the court house. I can't see any reason they would want you to stay and be on a jury with your line of work.

Good Morning Folks...
It's Monday...got son started in new school and now have to deal with the ugliness of filing complaints against the agent who represented owners of other house. Yep...things are still ugly. Hubby is enroute to VA to work for the week. So everything is being done via phone....[:@]
Hope you all have a good day...be praying that I can get this done as painless as possible and that these folks will just go away and leave us alone![:@][:@][:@]

Yeah...Braves have been playing fairly good ball the last few games. They really needed to come home and play well after that dismal road trip. I'm going to go check into that weekend package they were advertising yesterday where you get one of the new away jerseys and hats...always looking for a deal! Have you ever noticed every year there seems to be a common injury among all the players...this year it seems to be strained quads...I read that A-Rod is out with one too. I know Chipper is trying to play if he can...his bat is very hot right now and I know he doesn't want to let that cool down. 2 homeruns in a game 2 days in a row.
Now that we have scared Kerr away with all of this baseball talk...I will see how the wedding plans are coming along for SM...still no groom yet.

Mrs. Kerrlaw just got called.

I told her to tell the judge: "I don't need to hear any evidence, I can just look at someone and tell if they are guilty."

Greetings Group. We had another little aftershock between 12 and 1 a.m. this morning. I didn't really feel it, but I heard stuff rattling. Nothing like the quake last week.
This has been a gorgeous day but I spent a lot of it going to the chiropractor, later taking my mom to the doctor and then to the lab, and then getting medicine. It is almost dry enough to work but we have a wet forecast. I have been finished planting corn by this time of April, but this year we have not even started.[&o]

Got my very small garden ready today for tomatoes and peppers. That
will probably be it. Nothing like a fresh vine ripe tomato out of the garden. My daughter was insistent that I plant her some cherry tomatoes, she loves them. Told her I would plant them but she would have to pick them.
