I only fall asleep to music, without my iPod, I can't sleep. haha. Usually I listen to something long and quiet like Cool Hand Luke, or Getting Into You by Relient K.

i fall asleep listenin to my ipod.i can't go to sleep without it. its always been like that. music is a major part of my life. and thats the only way i can go to sleep. ha! :]

Music keeps me energized. Ain't no way I can fall asleep with that.

I absolutely cannot get to sleep without the constant hum of a fan.

Because of my dad, it's always cold at night in my house. But I WILL have that fan on, even if I have to be under four blankets to maintain warmth.

oh yes..... the fan is a must. all this time I thought I was weird for having a fan. Good to know it's some what normal.


I usually listen to my sansa before bed to....and usually play something classical or soft. Although, if I'm really tired, I just crash.

That's gotta be annoying. I can hear my dad snoring from down the hall sometimes. Makes me laugh. I feel sorry for mom.

Haha, I made a playlist that I fall asleep to. So usually I listen to....

Hawk Nelson's "Letters to the President" acoustic.
Relient K's "Getting Into You"
David Crowder Band's "Rain Down" or "Wonderful King"
Cool Hand Luke's "This Is Love"

usually stuff like that with worship-y lyrics.

i like silence. though growing up in a house with 7 other people, that rarely happens. i usually do some reading, or writing before bed, and i usually fall asleep talking to Jesus or just making up random stories in my head.

I like it to be quiet when I'm trying to sleep. But not dead quiet, when I'm all alone in the house it's nigh on impossible to sleep. I've always shared a room, so it's nice to hear someone breathing (NOT snoring) when I'm falling asleep.

Same here. My fan decided to quit working last night for no reason. So, I had to sleep without it..it took me forever to fall asleep. It was horrible!
