Father, I ask for Your help for Liveloved as she goes through the MRI. That they will fine the cause of her problem and be able to treat it. Or if it is within Your will, that they will find nothing because You have already healed her. That You will fill her with Your peace.
Father, also asking for Your help and all that You know is best for Little_1 and her husband. That whatever this is, it will all work out to Your glory. And that You will bless them.
Also Father, I lift up Charished to You, as she has not been on in a few days, and I am concerned for her. Meet her every need Father. And Father for the ones that are on here whose needs I don't know, I know You know them. And I just ask for Your help and blessings for each one in the ways that You know are best. In Jesus precious name. Amen

Thank you for your prayers!
Talked with my doctor today and found out that things look really good. I do have a neurological condition that I've had for many years but he was very encouraging and the MRI and EMG gave more reasons for optimism. God is caring for me. 
Little_1, you are in my prayers. As is Cherished.

Just thinking of how creation lives in praise, shouting for joy, and eagerly anticipating Christ's return. I am humbled. I can often live thanklessly and joylessly---focused on me and my problems, how I feel, etc.
So, I just want to join with all of you tonight in thanking the Lord for loving us and drawing near to us and drawing us near to Him inspite of our failure to live in joyous thankfulness.
THANK YOU, LORD! YOU ARE SO GOOD AND HAVE BEEN SO GOOD TO US!

I was looking out my kitchen window the other day,
thanking God for the beauty of all He has made. Everything looks so
green and plush! He even gives us 'new leaves' on the trees
every year! How great is God that He would even do that!

I was in the gospel of Matthew today and wanted to remind us of how Jesus' life was surrounded by prayer. In Matthew 14 after He learns of John the Baptist's beheading, Jesus withdraws to be alone. And after feeding the five thousand, he sends everyone off and he goes off alone to pray again. Before, after, and all around prayer seems to be the life of Jesus.
Prayer is fellowship with God. And we can fellowship all the time. But, like Jesus, we need to withdraw for those alone times when we can drink deeply from the streams of living water and be refreshed.
So I'm just wanting to remind and encourage and pray for each one that we will make the time to be alone with God each and every day. He longs for us to draw close enough to hear His whispers of mercy. I pray we do. Surround yourself with prayer, fellowship with the Lord, today! Bless you! LL

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - Psalm 18:2
I had posted this a few days ago as part of the study on trust I am doing with my church ... little did I know then just how much I was going to need it.
Normally, when life seems overwhelming, I have a desire to crawl into a cave and hide from the world. A couple nights ago it started again. My emotions ran from one extreme to the other these last couple days. I wanted to find a cave.
And then I remembered this verse. And I visualized myself hiding in the shadow of His wings. And so I ran to Him because He promised me He would be my refuge. I allowed Him to comfort me. And He did. And I poured out my heart to Him. And He encouraged me to be strong and do something that I was fighting with all my being not to do. And I listened to Him. And obeyed Him. And it was exactly the right thing to do at exactly the right time.
He lifted me up and He encouraged me to open my heart ... and as a result I have received blessings and peace beyond any expectation I thought possible.
God's timing never ceases to amaze me ... all the little things He puts in place so they are there and ready when we need them.
