"No self confidence" or low self-esteem is just another manifestation of pride, perhaps one of the worst. In such a state, one always looks inward to wallow in self-pity or lament themselves, not outward to see how they might "look out for the interest of others."
Now if your speaking about "no self-confidence" or leaving "self-confidence"...then now we're talking!
