Not sure if this is the best category on the forum for this, but not sure where else to put it.

A buddy of mine and myself are considering writing a musical based on the life of Paul. Ive been reading Galatians, which I love.

Now I'm trying to find resources for information. Does anyone have any good sites on the life of Paul or any book recommendations?

Thanks all.

The book of Acts should be a pretty good resource.

Cool idea by the way.

Phillips,Dean and Craig~ did a few musical scores from Paul and his statements. Like Crucified with Christ 2:20

They are awesome, I wish you the same success. Most christian based songs that I've listened too all derive from one verse from the bible.

So In my surmise you must be doing like an American pie parody which will be a long song and may be divided into two parts.

I did a parody to American Pie and it was 4 pages long, but the parody was a cross between american and religion, ouch crossing the borders, lol.

You will do well if you just reread what Paul says
May God Bless your endeavors

Yes indeed Acts as well, thank you! From what I recall off the top of my head, the latter verses of Acts deal with Paul's life, is that correct. I need to look it up again.

Thanks for the well wishes. We're thinking more of a full musical. A theatre gig. Probably running close to two hours long. Not sure about dialog yet, probably just songs or sung through with no spoken dialog.

Thanks
