Today, he smiled at me.
Not much to some, but I am so grateful for his love.
He still takes my breath away.
He is person who helped set me free.

Free from the bondage of singleness.
To be loved like this, I know it is from God.
Heaven created the man of my dreams.
He is filled that emptiness.

To tell him, "I love you."
Words just don't seem to be enough.
He has given me so much.
To him, I will always be true.

He loves me in spite of all of my craziness.
He gives my heart wings for flight.
I love him unconditionally.
He is ,at once, my happiness.

We rely on each other every day.
He is my source of strength.
He is my best friend.
I wouldn't have it any other way.

That is sooo sweet. Just out of curiosity but is there a typo in the last line of the second paragraph? Just wondering. I am sure your hubby will love it.

Yeah, it is a typing error. I am going to send it to poetry.com and have it published. It is going to be his father's day present.

Thanks! He did love it. He was a little embarrassed when I told him that I had submitted it for publication, but he thinks it is wonderful.

I have to say that I am the lucky one. God sent him t me when I was in a vulnerable place in my life, and in a way, he helped to lead meback to God. He also took my two children as his own. I can't thank God enough for him.
