Nadine, when you said you were "snarkless" I busted a gut 'cause that word is a riot. But, I must now correct you. You are an artful snarker. I love it!

Thankyou, Coming from the Master/Mistress of snarkiness, I consider that a compliment.

I just wish it didn't take me 20 minutes to think of one.

I thought you said you weren't having a good day earlier, but then it got better. But I still wanted to give you a hug anyway . . .

Can I quote you on the "you are beyond hilarious" thing? No one has ever said anything even remotely close to that before.

Is anyone interested and reading this book and discussing it informally?

When Women Walk Alone

I think we have enough of us that want to read and discuss the book. So go ahead and get the book and then let me know when you have them so we can plan further.

HI!

Running through to that big ole tree over there for a climb. Gotta think a couple things over (as mentioned in Terri's thread). But I dunno. Afternoons are kinda sketchy for me. That's when these guys get busy. You know, put it off, put it off, put it off ... and then all of a sudden, it's "I have a RUSH!!" "Where did the time go?"

Not only that, I need to get away from here for a few minutes. They are vacuuming paper "holes" in the conference room next to me. Why did a bunch of men throw paper punches all over the floor? Why can't it wait until the meeting is over before it got vacuumed up? More importantly, why can't it wait until I have left for the day? There is enough noise around here without listening to a bunch of men talking OVER the sound of a vacuum.

Hi everyone,
You are the greatest Nadine!

Last Saturday during our ladies' brunch we had different women doing presentations about different decades. The one who did the 40s did such a great job!! it was so informative. She loves that era, and even had some clips from DVDs about the 40s. I knew some people in this forum were interested in that decade so I asked her where she got the DVDs. If anyone is interested in more info about them, PM me and I will send you the link. She brought me the magazine the next day at church so I could share it with anyone who might want it.

Thanks Colleen.....and I love that time period. I would be interested in any info that you have. How neat that you do things like that in your ladies group.

Oh Gary I hate to make you drool. There is occasionally some cheesecake left in the cheesecake thread at the end of the day, but all I have is this one piece, and I need it for bait. Sorry.

Good Morning FB
Good Morning Everyone Else.

John O is feeling awfully lonely over in his thread so I thought as a kind though somewhat planned gesture we could all go over to his thread and say hey so he can stop creating multiple personalities to keep him company.

I hope Everyone is having a good day!

Don't forget to order your book. Someone please order a book for SharMar as she may decide to join us at the last minute.
