Indeed it is FunBetty! I think he said they use cream cheese in place of the butter when they make it. It was so creamy and yummy- and you really could taste the cream cheese in it. Hmm, wish I had bought some more!  I do have their web address though, it was on the box...
hmm...that sounds yummy indeed. I wonder how that would work in a brownie.....

I'll bet a mixture of chream cheese, sugar and a maybe a beaten egg, dropped and swirled in the brownies would be great! I have a cupcake recipe somewhat like that - I haven't made them for a long time, maybe it's about time? They also have chocolate chips mixed in the cream cheese mixture. Very good.

My roommate has an amazing brownie recipe. They're seriously the best brownies I ever had (If I ever remember to get the recipe, I'll send it if you want). So I'm thinking that the best brownies and then ENHANCING w/ some cream cheese? Could be good.

good good ... it's a gorgous day outside ... my car wouldn't start but i'm in a free loaner ... a brand new toyota prius ... well almost new, about 2,000 miles ... it's pretty cool so i didn't mind being to work late ... how are you?

I'm doing good Ed. Too bad about the car- yours that is. The County I work for has a Prius for employees to use for work related driving, they are sure great on gas! I would love to get a hybrid for my own vehicle the next time around. However I will drive the current car into the ground before I think about a new one. As long as it gets me where I'm going and back, it'll be mine.
