I miss having a Kitty. When I was a nanny the family had a cat. She was so sweet, funny thing was she only liked me...lol

We have a dog, but he is my Daddy's dog. They got him when I was away at camp for 2.5 months, then I moved out for a year. So he doesn't really care for me too much.

One certainly can, and probably should. Muscles pull on bones, you know, and once those are out of alignment...you got problems.
At any rate, make sure you keep ice on the strain to reduce the inflammation.

What a day, what a day. I'm exhausted. Only 3 more hours. I didn't get any rest last night. Its all I can do to stay awake. Especially since its dark and lullabies are playing in the other room.
