Interracial marriage/ relationships. There are those who use Bible text against interracial marriages. The Bible does not support this. I find a sentence here and there was taken out of text to support those beliefs. The text shows GOD doesn't want us to marry outside the faith because every time we do we turn to false gods, idol worship and such . The sentences taken out of text and used to support the anti interracial marriage beliefs if you READ THE REST OF THE TEXT permits it. Ezra 9:1 , Neheiah 9:34-38, Exodus 34:11-16, Leviticus 18:3, Deuteronomy 12:30-31 , Judges 3:5-7, 1 st Kings 11:8, Neheiah 13:26-27, all show a turning away from GOD by the people and has nothing to do with interracial marriages. Numbers 12:1-16 Moses married an Epthiopian woman, most Epthiopian people or of the black race. Moses is considered to be of the caucasion race. If this holds true then GOD made his view of interracial marriage plain, GOD called Moses faithful. I include all types of interracial relationships. Friendships, business, politics, religion and such. ACTS 17:25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; Conclusion There are too many man made dogmas, which only divide us against one another. 1Th 5:21 "Prove all things hold fast that which is good". I don't claim my interpretations are all correct. I just try to keep GOD'S word in a straight line from Genesis to Revelation. Please research matters for yourself. Jim B
