Has anyone ever tried this or some of the other programs beachbody have?

How did it work for you?

I bought Slim in 6 about 3 years ago. I did it a couple weeks and could see change in my body.

I started working out faithfully Jan. 2008. I haven't been doing Slim in 6 though.

I know I have to be patient but I haven't been getting the results I want. The main thing is my gut.

I was thinking of hip hop abs. I'm still experimenting with different workouts. Not taking anything away but adding things.

Has anyone tried hip hop abs and how did it work for you?

Slim in 6 took so much out of me because I started that only at the time after not working out in a while. I didn't have my eating down or anything.

Since I've been walking and working out I can do more easily. I pulled out the Slim in 6 last Thursday. So far I've did it once. I see some results already. I just wanted to add it in right now on some days I don't go to the gym.
