Then I submit, no one has studied history, apes againstt blacks went on a long time. 75 years at least. Too much stuff around, when I post the link with it, then it's close my eyes I did not see that. I think the question should be asked, why did the bar owner do it?

Hi, my guess would be he is a redneck, wanting attention who should take a bath before going on TV. I do notknow if he is racist, just ignorant and a redneck. His best friend could be black, who knows? He most likely, is not smart enough to connect the racial part. Obama looks a little like CG. If this bar owner was making a racial statement, he would have used a gorillia or something like that, that would be very offensive to the AA race. That is how racisam works, to be as offinsive as possible, not subtle so you have to wonder motivation. quote:

It's not that I haven't studied history, I lived through some of the time where it's claimed to have happened, the 50s & 60s. It's your perception that the mammy caricature, et al, looks like apes, not mine. I do not see it, never have. But, then, I view humans as, well, humans.

BTW, I'm not making this up: I saw a young teen Friday that reminded me so much of CG that I almost laughed out loud. His posture, face, close-cropped hairline, and thin body all reminded me of the cute CG. The boy was white.

My husband really looked like the Gorillia at Chuckie Cheese. He is huge through his chest, and arms and legs. He is white, my MIL did not like the comment from little four year old neice though. My husband though it was funny, and still laughs years later about. " Frankie is a big monkey", and the little girl not coming in the house, because she had a monkey phobia.

ORIGINAL: tracydolls I think the question should be asked, why did the bar owner do it? I don't really care why he did it. He and his actions don't really merit my attention. Which brings me to my question...why are you keeping this alive? And why do certain people continue to wallow in mud puddles and refuse to get out while the rest of us stand there, offering them a towel?
