Hi Christi, Glad you and GB have so much fun together. Outside is always good.
I usually feel better after an adjustment but sometimes it takes a day or two. I am feeling pretty good this morning. Now---just don't do too much to cause myself trouble.

Well, we are at it again. Severe thunderstorm warnings for us. Might need to make a quick trip to the basement. It is dark as night out right now.

Good morning everyone!
We managed to stay out of the basement last night. We got another 1 1/2 inches of rain. We are soaked. Springfield Mo had a tornado but the news did not give a lot of info.

I think maybe we had some storms down here, south of you, but I must have slept through them. When I left for work, though, everything was wet...hehe

Hey Guys, looks like everyone is off to a slow start including me.
It is a beautiful morning in Mo. My hubby just finished teaching summer school at the University and is off for about 8 weeks. Looking forward to summer fun.
