The College Precipice: Faith and Life for Young Women by Anna L. Davis
Using personal anecdotes from female students and graduates, The College Precipice suggests practical ideas for college-bound and college-enrolled women as they learn to depend on Christ. A precipice is a steep cliff, or situation of great peril; both definitions apply to the struggles of early college.
Topics include: letting God guide your dreams, how to cope with falling into sin (and the guilt that follows), steps toward God-driven decisions, and making sense of feminism on campus. The final part of the book (Beyond the Precipice) looks at ideas that women usually keep in the back of their minds during college, like marriage and children.
