This is totally unrelated to the other post I made in this forum.

I'm currently struggling with getting myself back into shape, again. I'd appreciate any prayers for God to help give me the time, motivation and opportunity to try and get my self back into the gym and start getting myself back into the condition I should be in.

praying in agreement with the others

and maybe you go for walks during the week. walking is very good for you and a really great exercise
