I have a friend I'll call "Jaimie" that I know through an online group for people in our area. She just shared a whole mess of problems with me today--guess she needed to vent to get it out of her system. And I promised I wouldn't tell anyone in the group, but I did say I'd keep her in my prayers, and I beseech the brethern (and sistern) here to do the same, please:
Jaimie: diagnosed with cervical cancer, has undergone treatment, waiting for final "all-clear" from the doctor
Jaimie's DH and 2 sons--DH's mom and dad are both in the hospital--mom had a stroke, and I don't remember dad's exact issues, but the prognosis for both is not good. DH is stressed out, but the kids don't know the details, and Jaimie's going nuts trying to keep it together while dealing with all this. Please pray for their salvation, if needed (unknown), and for the LORD to use these issues to draw them closer to Him. Thanks in advance!
