You may have not noticed the line that is at the bottom of the signature box on the 'My Profile' page that says

Image Code disabled in signature

Yes, I noticed that. I clicked the box. Nothing changed. But I figured out my avatar image was too big. It just wasn't telling me that til I tried it for about the 10th time. And it's a small avatar. If I make it any smaller, you won't be able to see it. LOL Oh well. Thanks just the same. [:D]

Kath -> RE: Sig and avatar (6/15/2008 2:23:10 AM)

I thought you were talking about how the image won't come up in your sig since you keep trying to post it, even in your reply to me here. It will not show up, it's been disabled. No one can post an image in their sig.

Your avatar has to be less than 10k and less than 145x145, but as you said you probably figured that out. You can get it that small if you work with the resolution. And don't forget to scroll to the bottom to click on ok or apply. Lots of people forget that.

test

I don't get it. I chopped up my avatar to make it fit, I uploaded it, it said, 'success...' but no show. [:(]

Kath -> RE: Sig and avatar (6/15/2008 2:25:19 AM)

It's because you are making an image tag. It's been disabled, no one can post an image tag in their sig.

ETA: you have to upload it from your computer.

I was talking about both but I gave up on the sig and am working on the av. I don't usually have trouble with avs and sigs so I'm at a loss here. I dunno. Thanks for your help tho. :)

Oh I see. I thought I'd seen sigs. My mistake. But the av, I've been uploading from my computer files.
