Hi my friends...I really need prayer again please.
My job that I started in April is now not going well. I took this job because it was something available after not having a job for 5 months and looking for those 5 long months too. I knew this was not my career job but I feel blessed that God gave me a job at least until I find the job I want to be at.Hopefully things will improve eventually with the economy.. Well, my boss is really becoming unbearable already. She curses constantly, uses the Lords name in vain every day, I mean it every day. She has just a horrible personality for such a pretty girl. But, after today, I really am concerned for my job. I think I will either be demoted or fired soon. She picks at everything and I don't do anything right at all, I feel so on edge with her,I mess up and do everything wrong that she asks me to do because she makes me so nervous. I miss deadlines, I do reports wrong etc....I just get so flustered and lose focus because she gets so mad at everything...
SO, please pray for me that I don't lose my job, that I just find another job and this be the job for me. Her mood and everything is just starting to rub off onto me, and my mood is changing. I just feel horrible being around her and I can't stand it. She is not saved and her marriage is in big trouble. Her husband is very controlling and she brings this anger to work obviously..
Lord, I am sorry I have not been focused on you this week, please forgive me. I ask forgiveness that I have not been on track this week and I do not feel close to you right now Lord. I need you Lord so much. Please give me the strength to get through this and keep my focus on you, do not let anything from this person get in my way of you Lord. If it is your will to put me in a job where you want me to be, I ask that you put me there. I leave this all up to you and I trust you
completely, I will not stress or worry over this situation Lord, I know you are in control. Please keep me calm at work to not lose my temper with this situation either Lord..

Lord, please bless KC for her humble heart and willingness to give this entire situation over to You. I pray for a peace that passes all understanding. Lord, You know that KC may be the only Jesus this woman sees, and forces are at work to distract her and give her so much pain that she feels disabled to be a witness, Lord. Please give her supernatural strength to overcome those forces, and show this woman that You can be a refuge for her pain with her husband and in any other area in her life. Please give KC just the right words to say, Lord. I can see from her writing that you have given her a spirit of empathy, grace, and love, and I pray that Satan won't be able to snatch that away, but that YOU, Lord will have victory in this circumstance. Lord, You know that I know what it's like to feel like you have a target on your back at work, and I just pray that You will give KC peace of mind, concentration, and the ability to just do her duties as though she is working directly for You, live quietly, earn back her respect, and ride out this storm till it subsides. Lord, just give her peace, Father, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace.

Hi Itlyn1kc

I understand how you are feeling. I use to have a boss just like her and worse. There were time when I got up in the moring I did not want to go to work. At times while at work I would go into the bathroom and cry and pray. During that time in my life God allowed me to be in that position because he used that to change me. I learned to pray for my boss even when I did not want to. I'm trying not to make this long but God done some miracles on that job, I learned how to trust him and learn who he is. Itlyn1kc consistently pray for your boss and pray before you go to work.

Lord give Itlyn1kc strength and peace encourage her while she is at work. Father I pray that your light will shine through Itlyn1kc. Lord you sent her there for a reason I pray you give her discernment and direction and that her focus will stay on you in Jesus name I pray Amen

First of all, Thank you so much for praying for me..Things almost changed over night with my boss. Well partially anyway, the cursing hasn't changed, but she called me and my assistant
manager into her office today and we talked behind closed doors. She voiced her concerns
with me and the job I am doing. I told her I am not ungrateful for my job and I do care what
I am doing wrong and that I would work on whatever I need to work on to do a good job (while I am there for the timebeing anyway)..I am glad she finally spoke up and said something, so that we got all this out in the open...
I am glad this weight was lifed off my shoulders, but I am still going to be looking for another job. I am also going to start praying for my boss because I am concerned for her soul and where she is going. It worries me because she commits blasphemy every day sometimes 2 times a day. My ears hurt!!!
Lord, I pray for my boss, that you please please open her eyes and heart to you before it is too late Lord. Please watch over her and I just pray that she comes to you soon Lord please...
I thank you and Praise you for today Lord, that my problem has been talked out with my boss today and I will work on my issues at work..I just ask Lord, that you continue to keep me focused on you and strengthen me and guide me through my situation in my personal life, please just keep me strong.....

Well, things are now getting worse AGAIN....I thought after the talk we had in my bosses office maybe things would be a little better...NOPE!! I went into the office today and we had our monday morning meeting, well she was very mean to me this morning, my assistant has been trying to stick up for me and did this morning. My part-time person gave notice on friday and GEE I'm NOT surprised...She had the nerve to say it's because of me. Well she is not to be trusted, and we had cleared things up friday with my part-timer. She tells me today again that he mentioned it again on saturday that there are other issues as to why he is leaving (me)..
I got pretty angry at this entire thing because she continues to pick on me about everything. She even text messege me today on my lunch and asked me, "where are you, u r late"...I was livid!!
I said some really mean things and vented to my girlfriends and cursed, I sorry but I have just had it and I am stressed out over my boss. She is so mean, hateful, rude, and has a horrible personality..I am looking for another job and will be diligent on this search. I really feel very strongly that things are getting worse, and I am trying to get stronger and more focused on the Lord, and that he really doesn't want me there. I feel such negativity in the air when I walk in and it just feels evil there. Well, maybe not evil but I do not feel good being there, and I feel like I do fit in or belong.
Everybody, please please pray for me to not lose my temper or not say anything ungodly or anything against her. Please pray that the Lord would get me out of this atmosphere quickly.
I can not deal with her anymore. She even lied about the poor man that committed suicide on our property. I can not work for someone like this and who is also I liar. I am not perfect, but she is really affecting me. Well, I need to be in control of that and not let her affect me...

Oh Lord, I am so sorry for the words I spoke today and anger I vented to my girlfriends when we met for lunch. Please forgive me and know this is very sincere from my heart. Please keep me focused and strong, do not let satan into this situation anymore than he already has. I ask for forgiveness of my sins today any thoughts I had, any bad words I said, anything that was ungodly that I did today Lord, I am sorry and I repent of my sins...I praise your name Lord and I love you for being in my heart. I will leave this up to you, I will trust you, I will have faith in you, I know you are there with me at all times...

Well, things are not really any better. I am the one since I am new, I have been told that I have been picked to not be liked! UNBELIEVABLE..It makes me sick that this immaturity goes on. I get picked on with everything I do, no matter what I do it is all wrong. But my part time person can do everything wrong and be told a million times to not do something and we have to tip toe around him so that he doesn't quit since part time people are hard to find.
I have now gotten that tension pain in my neck again, a few months back I told you guys I had that problem and it traveled down my shoulder and my left arm goes numb. Well the neck pain came back yesterday since I am tense and angry and irritated. I am just so angry!
I am looking for another job almost every night when I am at home. pleaes pray for me that I find a wonderful job, and with more money, I really need it. I took a almost $7,000 pay cut when I took this job because it was an offer and I had to take it, since I was going on 5 months without a job.. I can't Istand being around all these people, I know I am not perfect and I am trying so hard to not be judgemental, but I can not tolerate liars and how nutty these people are. I do not trust any of them, they have shown they can not be trusted...It is really starting to affect me and I do not want it to distract my focus or my walk with God. I feel that satan is testing me or pushing me and I can feel it in the air there...I will not break down. I love the Lord and I will clear my mind...
Lord, please forgive me of any wrong doing today, any words that may have come out of my mouth, any thoughts I may have had. I pray that you keep my focused, strong and at peace. Please keep my heart soft, and keep my mind focused on you Lord. Place me whereever you want me to be and I know it will be according to your timing...

Well, this is a new week and I pray things will be peaceful...my boss will be on vacation for the next 8 days!!!! Can you just pray for me, pray for protection over my workplace, that no evil be permitted there...I was talking to one of the guys at church today, and he said wow, that is some serious spiritual warfare going on at your job...I truely believe I am being tested being at my job. I have no doubt!! I go 5 months without a job and now that I have one, things are horrible. I see now that God wants me to realize that I am blessed to even have a job and to have money in my pocket. I will continue to focus on God and not let this get to me, I say that but it is hard not to get angry at work or stressed out. My neck and shoulder have started bothering me again, I can tell my body is stressing..
Lord, I understand what it is like to go 5 months without a job and be in a panic. I praise you and thank you for allowing me to have this job! I know I am so lucky that I got this job, I know that I trust you and have faith that you will get me through this and that I have to hand this over to you and I will not worry...If through all of this, I find another job I know that it will all be a part of your plan. I know you wanted me to go through all of this because you want to know that I trust you....I truely do!! Please just give me peace this week, keep me calm and protect my thoughts, protect my mouth from saying anything not godly. Well, guess what now......My part timer did give his official notice to quit..You know what this
means, I will have to now start working sundays too! Not good. First it was 2 saturdays a month,
now it will be a few more and now a few sundays a month..I originally didn't even want to be
working weekends, now this..I am not happy! But part of my stress at work is gone now that
he quit. He was almost more trouble than he was help in working there. So, we are actually
glad he has quit. The girls that do like me will now all just pull together with me to rotate the
weekends to work, so at least us 3 are cool together so I don't mind too much helping out.
But, my boss and her attitude, she is not happy that the part timer quite and she has already
shot down the people I have interviewed for her to try to hire a new part timer..I am not surprised since she doesn't like anything I do any way!!

UGH! Pray please, I have found a few jobs that I submitted my resume to, so hopefully I will start getting phone calls maybe....
