Horse liniment - it makes the burning worse but in a while you may not feel anything there anymore (no don't really do it).


I put sunblock on my skin when I was out in the sun and it really helps but I wonder how you get a tan with sunblock?

You don't get a tan BUT you don't get sunburned either.

I made a peach cheesecake and I really want some of it, but I'm on a diet. What do I do?

I feel overwhelmed with stuff that needs to be done around here. I am praying asking God. Any further advice would help?

I'm still thinking about the peach cheesecake. Let's see...insomnia: take her on a daily triathlon - swim 2 miles, hike 10 miles and bike 30 miles. Then tell her to eat a large piece of peach cheesecake at bedtime.

I keep irritating my dh by disagreeing with whatever he says when he's leading life group. How can I be less argumentative (I talk first, think later)?

Try to be quiet while he's talking. Just mouth the words in his face and make rude faces while he's speaking. Then look around smiling around everyone else. LOL

Strap a mop or a broom onto her back. She'll sweep up after herself wherever she goes.

I can't stop biting my nails. It doesn't matter what I do to try to stop - I can't!!!!!!!!

what can I do with the pounds of black cat hair that collect in my house. I don't knit or crochet.

Oh yuk still4gvn. Are you sure you don't watch too much TV?

You could do art with the fur and make pictures. Just dye the hair different colours and do cat hair tufting. There is a skill the northern native nations do called moose hair tufting where they actually make the moose hair look like flowers or other scenery. Maybe it's something like latch-hook rug crafting.

I need to get some sleep. How can I sleep better?

Put 1 cup of rice in your bed, turn the radio on loud, & eat lots of sweets before going to bed. That should help you to sleep well.

How should I bake a choclate cake?

You could bake the chocolate cake in a frying pan in bacon fat with hot peppers sprinkled in.

I think you should do moose tufting when you can't sleep - and post pics of what you've created. sounds interesting.

Put everything in sealed boxes. Put a $100 bill in one of the boxes. Hand out flyers in the neighborhood saying that everyone can take a box home and that one of them will find and keep the money. It's expensive, but probably cheaper than hiring a mover, and you can have your dd sell cookies and ice tea to people who come to get a box.

expose him to the flu. when his nose is all stuffy, he won't smell the perfume.

my cat goes out at night in the rain and gets dripping wet. then she stretches out on top of me to warm up while I'm trying to sleep.

Microwave, tumble for 5 min. in cloths dryer, or while she's quietly sleeping on your belly, blast her with the hair dryer.

What do you do when you are so sick over the holiday that you can't even enjoy burning off the knuckle hairs lighting fireworks?
