Santa.......Are you hoooooooting at someone. A few minutes ago I saw a flag waving and now an owl. If you come up with a bear don't send him down here. We're had three killed by cars in the last week in our area. Still one on the loose.

Bobby, did you ever go to Eddie's Heart and Soul Cafe in Pigeon Forge? Well, these photos were taken by Eddie who now lives in Jackson Hole, Wy.

Cool! I wondered what ever happened to him. We used to love eating there and listening to music.

How did he end up there and what's he doing these days?

Christi, this is what christianbook.com had to say about Third Day's new cd, Revelation

Musically adventurous and lyrically vulnerable, the band gives voice to the mixed emotions of all believers---reconciling our everyday struggles with the hope of heaven! Includes "Run to You"; "Born Again"; "This Is Who I Am"; "Caught Up in Yourself"; "I Will Always Be True"; "Take It All"; the first single, "Call My Name"; the title track; and more

yeah. it was a date of mutts. she is hawaiian, filipino, cherokee, irish, and korean. me, german, jewish, irish, scottish, russian, french and cherokee.

we ate at chinese buffet.

thats why their ministry speaks to me so much. life isnt always perfect and i struggle daily. and to have songs that speak of being in the valleys and having problems and overcoming them really speak to me. and being a fan of Southern Rock and hearing them makes it better. some good ole Atlanta boys there.

I love their music too. They do a lot of worship music, but it's not typical worship music...just a little outside the box. Makes me think of something a good friend told me once. He used to sing full time in a very well known Southern Gospel group and he said something about loving praise and worship music. He got a look from somebody and said something like...I hope it grows on you because we don't know exactly what songs we'll be singing in Heaven, but praise and worship is a lot closer to it than SG.

I never thought of it that way, but yeah, we're gonna be singing praises, so there you go.

Hope I don't get blasted for that. I've seen more than a moderate amount of people in the SG folders slamming P&W music. I don't begin to assume that's really what we'll be singing in Heaven...we just don't know, but if we had to choose from what music we know of today...

Okay, gotta go get my rain coat and umbrella now.

Good night, Joey!

Hope all is well with your friend. I don't know the situation, but I'll pray for him before I go to bed too.

For all we know we will all be singing Gregorian chants.

I reckon we'll sing what we're told too. And I don't believe that's too bad a deal with the eternal life benefit and all.

Good evening folks...to whom are left...didn't realize how late it was. I'm finally packed and ready to hit the road tomorrow.
Hey Santa...do I need to bring my iron or does the cabin have one??

Anyway...I may check in the morning before we leave but if I don't I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and everyone have safe travels!

If you are still here, the cabin should have an iron and ironing board. If not, ask housekeeping and they will bring one to you.

The thought crossed my mind that out of all the threads here in the SG forum, the Geezer and Gonna-Be thread almost never goes to page two. That is interesting.
