That was funny. Mike I actually know Sheriff Blakely. I would like to have seen his face during this interview.

Write your sentence and then highlight the word/words you want to make a link. Then press the link button above (right next to the quote button) and fill in the blank with the URL. I usually bold or change the color of the word/words that I make a link out of so that people will know it's a link! Hope this makes sense!

Hope this works. Just wanted to remind anyone who is in the greaster Chattanooga/Cleveland Tn area that the Singing Echoes Blue Spring Valley Singing is next week. With groups like the Inspirations, Karen Peck and New River, & Mike & Kelly Bowling to name a few it will be a great time. For more info on the lineup click here

Hey it worked! Thanks and I hope I didn't break any rules. It's a great singing there every year and I will be working the concession stands so I hope to see someone there.

Boy this thing is slow as cold molasses today.

Rodney the link works fine and I don't think you violated any rules. We routinely make links like that on here and no one said anything.

I'd say you're ok. I'm here for a few minutes... Class is over, but I have to see my management instructor in a few minutes.

Hubby caught a 31# catfish last night -- he is fixing me some of it now so going to go and eat. BBL.

Back for a bit...hubby's doctor visit went well...the doctor thinks the disc is just squashed for lack of a better word or it could be completely gone...will know more after the MRI next week then schedule for surgery.

Lynn....Hope everything goes well with hubby, we'll be praying for him. Hope the surgery will only be minor and it's a simple disc repair.

Thank you Bobby...the doctor seemed to think it wasn't going to be a major repair. He said it's good he came now instead of waiting until he had permanent nerve damage. So looks like we may have got him in the doctor in time! This place does everything in house...except the surgery of course...xrays, MRIs...all in house...which makes it nice to not have to run all over SC trying to get these things done. It's right here in Mt. Pleasant too so we didn't have to go but 10 miles from the house.

BTW...I love your avatar!!! Only time will tell if he should have been left in Mississippi for a few more days.

Christi: Were you surprised that the Cubs got 3 pitchers on the All-Star team? I did not think that Z and Dempster would both make it, even though they both are deserving. It does seem strange that the Cubs got a team record 7 on the team and D Lee was not one of them. Berkman and Pujols are both deserving, though, and they were not likely to pick 3 first basemen.

I'm very pleased with our All-Stars.

Hope DLee wasn't too disappointed though. Maybe he's just glad to get some time off?

Brenda, why are they sending you to Asheville? Will pray for safety while you're traveling.

Thanks for the update. Can't wait to see what the MRI shows.

She said that sucker weighed 31 lbs. She should be able to feed several of us.

We could have a fish fry. That should feed about 25 - 30 of us. Bring some potatoes and we'll drop them in the pot with hushpuppies and slaw. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.........................Good
