At what times do you usually eat your meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)? I usually eat breakfast around 10:00am when I'm at work. I eat lunch at 1:00pm at work. Dinner at 5:00pm.

Our day meal wise is something like:

8-9 a.m. - breakfast
12 - lunch w/ hubby (he comes home)
5:30 p.m. - dinner

I usually eat breakfast as soon as I get up and showered, about 7:30 - 8:00

I usullay take my lunch break around 11:30, but sometimes as late as 1.

Dinner...depending on how tired I am, if I have energy I'll go to it as soon as i get home, but its usually around 6-7. Though in the summer may be as late as 9 if we are outside doing something and/or its really hot.

Breakfast-around 10
Lunch-around 2
Dinner-around 6

Breakfast at 6:30 and then again at 8:30. Obviously one of those is fairly light. For instance, I might have half a muffin at 6:30 and then make hash browns and an egg when we get home a little after 8. The boys would have a whole muffin the first time around and then a lighter meal later.

Snack at 10:30.

Lunch at about noon to one.

Snacks from 2 to 4 (one, two or three snacks in there for the kids--one for me).

Dinner about 5 to 6 (depending on day's schedule).

Snack around 8 or 9. Another snack if we stay up late.

(full disclosure-they are adolescent boys. Although they have always eaten a lot...)

We've got a pretty fluid schedule.

Breakfast 5.30-7 am. Depends on when I get up. The boys eat around 8 am.

Lunch 11.30-1 pm.

Supper...anywhere between 6-8 pm. If I know dh is going to be home by 8, we wait. Otherwise we just eat when we get hungry.

This is exactly how we should all be eating. "Three Square meals/day" is murder on metabolism and can't fuel your body sufficiently. I normally eat something like 6a, 9a, Noon, 3p, 6p, and 9p. Like a newborn! And for me at least, the mid-meals are meals, they're not snacks. My day is divided into six pretty much equal meals (the last one might be smaller).

It depends on the person and the person's metabolism. We're not all the same.

We usually eat:

Breakfast 8-8:30
Lunch anywhere between 11:00-1:00
Kids have a snack around 3:00 usually (I sometimes do, too)
Dinner when hubby gets home at 6:30

Breakfast for the kids is at 8. I share my large bowl of cereal with the kids around 10am. Then me and the kids eat lunch at 11:30, hubby eats his in his truck around noon. My littlest gets a small snack around 3:30p, and my oldest when he wakes up at 4:30p. Then we all eat dinner at 5:30p. And, then after the kids go to bed, me and hubby break out the junk food at 9pm. LOL!

I usually have my breakfast at about 10-10:30 if I have one.
I don't always eat lunch. Usually I eat brakfast or lunch but not both. If I have lunch it's either about 12:00-12:30 or later at like 2. (sometimes I'm not hungry at lunch time but then will stop for something quick on my way to work)
Dinner is anywhere between 5:45-8:45. it depends on what's going on. I work till 5:30 on weekdays. If the kids are going to VBS or have some other activity we don't always eat until that's done. If I eat lunch at 2 I might not have dinner but then a snack at 10 PM or so.

breakfast: rarely

lunch: when I can get away from my desk at work...if I can get away from my desk at work (has to be between 11 am and 1:30 pm because food service is only open then).

dinner: when I get home from work...if I get home from work.
