Yeah, I'm a dork, and I actually typed all that out... lol.
Man tonight was crazy, but thankfully the first part of the night wasn't so bad... One funny moment tho:
We had tons of fires going everywhere, presumably from fireworks gone wrong. Was very stressful. Had so much traffic on the PD radio that we couldn't hardly get on there to alert anything (the fires). So... Carolyn, my supervisor, was on PD radio, and she tried to tell one of the officers out on a domestic call that there was a DVO (Domestic Violence Order aka Restraining Order) on file.... but... instead... she said, "There's a DVO on fire!" We all busted a gut... it was great.
So glad tonight is over...

Nah, youtube isn't in legal trouble. They just were taken to court by the government because they wouldn't hand over all of their records. Every time a video is viewed by anyone on youtube, there is information stored. What video, and the IP of the user who viewed it. IP numbers can be "run" to give people an ISP - your internet service provider. So, it can be traced back to you. Basically, it's just another way for the government to be constantly looking in on us. You know, so if you are watching terrorist and anti-american videos all of the time, they can check you out and put you on their "watch list". lol.
Not quite sure exactly where I stand on the whole deal. What it means for you is that the government now has access to know everything you viewed / view on youtube.

I'm up after only 4 hours of sleep (again!). Ugh.......I'm working on a few things and then going back to sleep for a while now that kitty is fed.

Good morning everyone!
I am not worried about problems with Youtube. Viacom would have to prove that the participant willingly and knowing viewed something that was against the copyright. Also, you are just merely viewing it, not downloading and distributing it. They would have a pretty hard time proving this.
BTW, speaking of privacy, when I bought some cold medicine this past week they wanted to see my ID and they put it into their computer system. Something to do with new Government regulations regarding certain medicines.
