im new here to the site, i was actually directed here by a pastor that i know because i am trying to get together a smalll group in my area for self employed men and business owners. sometimes the challenges we face are different from those of men who are employed by larger companies. but in the midst of all this i have been faced with a court date where the county attorney is threatening 60 days in jail for me because they say i have a shortage of 98.00 in my child support payments. my court date is monday at 2 pm. and im hoping it goes well. if it goes badly then my business would close and my children at home would be in danger of losing the house we have and the struggles of surviving for a short time on my wifes income. ive been feeling compelled to do something extra to spread the word and share my experiences so that maybe someone elses life will be changed as mine has been. as many obstacles as we face that is also how much good i have in my life. maybe the small group isnt the right path, maybe something else will present itself but id like to ask that you pray for the lord to light the way for me to find the outlet that i am looking for to share his word and also that i have a good day in court on monday.

Heavenly Father
I thank You that You are not a God
who wants Your children to run into debt;
As such I appeal to Your mercy and ask
that You would undertake in this situation and
meet Your child's needs.
Help t.scott to seek first Your Kingdom and
Your righteousness and all his needs shall therefore be met.
Thank You that those who look to You will not be ashamed.
Help t.Scott to trust in You with all his heart
and not to lean on his own understanding
but in all his ways to acknowledge You
and You will direct his steps in the way he
should take.
Be glorified Lord.

I hope your still looking up brother because jesus is still there, guiding you and he will give you strength for the day. Now lord I pray right now that you bless my brother right now and father give a peace that everything is going to workout for the good of everyone concerned. Father I pray that you put your arms around my brother right now and let him feel your love, give him peace in his heart lord when he enters the court room monday.
