My favorite is a homemade dressing:
4 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (depends how much sour you like)
1 small clove crushed garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Delicious!

Does anyone know what the dressing is that is used in a lot of hibachi style Japanese eateries? It is wonderful, and I have no clue what it is called.
