Just wondering how common Melasma (aka chloasma) is among women taking birth control, and at what age it is most common to appear.
Also, if you have a birthmark on your face and/or neck and you are put on birth control, are your chances of getting melasma higher than women without birthmarks?
Can all types of birth control cause Melasma? If you have had melasma, what have you found to be the best preventions/cures for it? I know staying out of the sun and wearing sunscreen is one.
