Can you believe it. If you don't know who he is or what he has been through, do a search on him. It is an unbelievable story, and what he is doing right now in the home run derby is amazing. All for the Glory of God. He said tonight that he had dreamed of this night, in Yankee stadium, in a home run derby, talking to a female reporter, previously, and he said the best part is his being able to tell all the people watching, that it was God who has brought him from where he was to where he is. This shows that no matter where we are, and what we go through, God is able to pick us up out of it, and use us to bring glory to His name. check out these links http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2926447 http://www.cbn.com/700club/features/amazing/Josh_Hamilton091907.aspx "Hamilton's speeches last for more than an hour, and he tells the crowds that, yes, he could have died and, yes, he was ready to give up baseball if that's what it took to get back with his wife and kids. He always recites the scripture that got him through last year, James 4:7. Humble yourself before God. Resist the devil and he'll flee from you. He stays as long as it takes to answer every question, to meet everyone who stays afterward, to hug the last straggler. "It's my privilege to tell my story," he says. "I never get tired of telling it. I know just how fortunate I am."(sports illustrated 5/27/08) It isn't over yet, but I hope he wins it tonight.
