According to Yahoo news, Natalie Cole has Hepatitis C probably contracted from previous years of drug use. Pray for her and her family during this time.

I don't wish these diseases on anyone no matter who or their past sins. It's a shame that there has to be such serious consequences for our past sins. I know I have suffered some serious consequences for my past sins but I can thank God they haven't turned into these horrible diseases. May God be merciful to her and comfort her in her pain while dealing with this illness! And may God comfort her family and friends as well!

Natalie is a member of West Angeles Church here in So California and her faith has been a great witness, especially when she has been hosting the Praise program. Let's pray and interceed for her because she has been coming a long way in her walk with the Lord and that it would be good if we contact her management company to encourage her because although it may be a set back, I know that God is using this to futhering her walk with the Lord. I know there are people there who love her and will encourage her in her church body.

Thanks for the prayer request. I do love Natalie and watched her transition from Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in L.A. until the present.... Her dad is a constant during Christmas.
